By filling out the information relating to the registry I am indicating that I am able to work in the United States legally.

I understand that although the intent of this site is to collect information to share with courts in need of interpreting services, information collected may be subject to public records requests.

I understand that the nature of information provided is very much like a job application. Should it be shown that I have provided false information, my information will be removed from the registry.

Entry of information into the registry in no way guarantees me work. Courts may contact me for additional information as part of any hiring or contracting process.

I understand that I will be contacted through email on an annual basis to verify that my information is still accurate. If I fail to respond to this email within five (5) days, my name will be removed from the registry. I will be notified by email of the removal and I can contact the Administrative Office of the Courts at interpreters@courts.az.gov to re-register.

I understand that I can request my information be removed from the registry at any time.
